Returns Policies

We place great importance on customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, here are the return procedures:

1. Return conditions

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item to us. Products must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by their accessories, notices, and packaging. Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

To return a product, please go to your customer area under "my orders", select the product you wish to return and click on "Return Product". We will take care of the return shipping costs. Pack the product carefully and make sure it is well protected. Use the label provided to return your package.

3. Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, we will proceed with your refund within 14 days. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
