Return Policy

We place great importance on customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, please find our return terms below:

1. Return conditions

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request the return of an item. Products must be returned complete, carefully protected and in a condition suitable for resale, together with their accessories, instructions and original box, presentation case or packaging.

Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. Statutory warranties nevertheless remain applicable in the event of a defect or lack of conformity.

2. Return procedure

To make a return, go to your customer account, open the “My Orders” section, select the product you wish to return and click “Exercise my right of withdrawal”.

Return shipping costs are covered by O’Clock Store. A return label will be provided so that you can send your parcel back to us.

Please package the product carefully to protect it during transit.

3. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within the time limits provided by applicable regulations. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the one used for the original order.
